As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth - prospecting new customers, engaging senior decision-makers (including C-level executives), and securing quality meetings for our Account Executives. You’ll thrive in a rapidly scaling startup with big goals, working alongside a global team that moves fast, learns constantly, and builds something meaningful together.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets by generating a high volume of sales-qualified meetings and opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads and proactively source outbound prospects within Trullion’s ideal customer profile.
- Target prospects within segmented business lines - external audit firms or corporate accounts via the Office of the CFO.
- Research target industries and accounts to understand prospect needs, pain points, and use cases.
- Engage prospects through calls, emails, and social channels to communicate Trullion’s value and book meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Alliances teams while maintaining accurate CRM records to ensure a seamless handoff and customer journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role with a proven ability to hit goals, exceed activity targets, and develop qualified pipeline in a fast-paced, performance driven environment.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, curious, high-energy team player with a growth mindset.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo)
- Familiarity with financial or automation software is a plus.
- Ability to work onsite at the NYC office 4 days per week.
Trullion's US salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $90,000 OTE + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
