Working hours: India hours primarily (with overlap with US time zones for internal/customer interactions)

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Growth (Sales) Manager to spearhead our business expansion in the thriving market. This position calls for individuals with 2 to 7 years of relevant work experience as a Growth Manager. As the Growth Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop and execute impactful sales strategies that will not only maximize revenue but also strengthen our market presence.


  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to drive business growth, aligning with the company's overall objectives and targets.
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, deal closure, and account management.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing various channels such as direct sales, partnerships, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to optimize sales processes and ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify areas of competitive advantage and develop strategies to differentiate our offerings.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the management team, highlighting key performance metrics and recommending areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to proactively identify business opportunities and challenges.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coach and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their targets and professional development goals.


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • 2 to 7 years of relevant work experience as a Growth Manager or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and meeting/exceeding targets, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Deep understanding of the US market landscape, including key industries, competitors, and customer behaviours.
  • Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving results.
  • Experience in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools to manage sales pipelines and track performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English is a must and will be considered an added advantage and exposure to cold calls and email marketing is a plus.
