Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Email Marketing Lead to join our dynamic marketing team. As the Email Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our email marketing strategy, driving engagement, and nurturing meaningful connections with our audience. We are looking for 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling email campaigns that align with our business and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

Develop, execute, and refine the email marketing strategy to support overall business goals and marketing objectives.

Identify opportunities for audience segmentation, personalization, and automation to maximize email campaign effectiveness.

2. List Management:

Oversee the growth, maintenance, and segmentation of our email subscriber list to enhance targeting and engagement.

Implement best practices for list hygiene, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.

3. Campaign Management:

Design, create, and manage various email marketing campaigns, including promotional, informational, and transactional emails.

Collaborate with content and design teams to produce visually appealing and engaging email content.

4. A/B Testing & Optimization:

Conduct A/B tests on email elements such as subject lines, CTAs, and visuals to optimize campaign performance.

Analyze and leverage data insights to refine campaigns and increase engagement rates.

5. Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze campaign metrics and performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Prepare regular reports on key email marketing KPIs, highlighting successes and areas for enhancement.

6. ESP Management:

Maintain strong relationships with Email Service Providers (ESPs) to ensure seamless campaign execution and explore new features.

Optimize ESP functionality and manage costs to ensure optimal utility.

7. Compliance:

Ensure email marketing activities comply with industry regulations, anti-spam laws, and best practices.

Implement and uphold stringent data privacy and security standards.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and user experience.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
