Position Overview:
As a Social Media Specialist at Prezent, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our social media strategy. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing compelling content across different social media channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills will contribute to building a vibrant online community around our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content across social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions and building relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and contests to promote products, services, or initiatives.
• Analyze social media metrics and insights to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep the company at the forefront of digital trends.
• Research and identify key influencers, partners, and potential collaborations for the company's social media efforts.
• Monitor and manage online reviews and ratings, addressing any negative feedback professionally and proactively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong creative thinking and content creation skills, including copywriting and graphic design.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online marketing strategies is a plus.
• Experience with paid social media advertising is a bonus.
