As the Security Lead - Information Security, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of information security within the organization. You will play a critical role in protecting the company's sensitive data, infrastructure, and systems from potential threats, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining a strong security posture.

• Prezent customers are well‐served by its application of industry recognized information security framework ISO/IEC 27001:2013, as well as accreditation with regional standards and regulations such as CCPA and GDPR.
• Transparent disclosure is an additional element of assurance available to all customers. This includes, but is not limited to, provision of the SSAE18 audit SOC 1, SOC 2 Type I & II reports. 
  
  

ROLE

• Identify, track, implement and monitor security controls to protect systems, operations and information using standard frameworks like ISO27001, SOC 2, GDPR. Oversee compliance with all industry standards.
• Lead customer communication/ongoing interactions on implementation of security policies, procedures and controls
• Ensure alignment between business and ISMS objectives by owning responsibility to answer client questionnaires, security policies related queries in time-bound fashion with daily tracker.
• Lead Security Incident Response and the ongoing and effective handling, remediation of security incidents.
• Keep track of developing security threats, and proactively create strategies to understand and mitigate potential security problems that might arise from but not limited to new product feature releases, onboarding customers and new infrastructure.
• Highly motivated, detail oriented, and a passion for all things information security.
• Ensure Prezent security policies and compliances are met at highest standards.
• Unquestionable ethics and ability to manage sensitive material.
• The position is highly visible in the organization, involving frequent interaction with the C-suite of the company, as well as collaboration with other teams across data, product, engineering, customer success and services in India and US.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in computer science or a technology-related field.
• We are looking for candidates with 7+ years of experience.
•  Key Skills : Deep understanding of security frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2 and compliances GDPR and CCPA.
• Structured and proactive communicator to liaison with Prezent customers on all things information security
• Prior experience in leading security programs for SaaS software development lifecycle for a product deployed in a cloud environment, such as AWS/Azure.
• Working knowledge of various information security frameworks.
• Candidates with professional information security certification will be preferred.
• Ability to educate a non-technical internal and external audience about various security measures.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Ability to breakdown complex and nuanced tasks into simple and concise time-bound deliverables
• Engagement with US/Europe clients during US hours may require you to work some night hours as per stakeholder availability.
• Be customer obsessed & proactive in all internal or external communications.
