Role Overview
As an Outbound SDR at Prezent, you will play a critical role in building and shaping our enterprise pipeline. You’ll own outbound prospecting into strategic North American enterprise accounts, using a mix of cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to create high-quality, sales-ready opportunities.
You will work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product to execute targeted, persona-driven outreach across net-new and expansion motions. This role requires engaging senior stakeholders (Directors, VPs, and Executives), understanding their business context, and mapping Prezent’s value to real, high-impact use cases.
Prezent sits at the intersection of productivity, AI, and executive communication, and this role is ideal for someone who is execution-focused and ownership-driven. You should be curious and coachable, eager to learn, and comfortable operating with consistency in a high-volume outbound environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new leads by conducting outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, including industry events.
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns tailored by persona, industry, and use case to engage prospects and communicate Prezent’s value proposition.
- Generate and qualify pipeline by identifying decision-makers, running effective discovery, and creating sales-ready opportunities for the sales team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing to refine messaging and align on campaigns, and with Sales and Product to share market feedback and insights.
- Own your pipeline and outcomes, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability as strategies, priorities, and targets evolve.
- Track and analyze performance metrics using CRM and analytics tools to monitor activity, improve conversion, and continuously optimize outreach efforts.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales development, business development, or a similar outbound-focused role in the North American market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset to identify new business opportunities.
- High level of adaptability and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms, and outreach tools.
- Mindset: Results-driven, with a strong commitment to achieving goals and a passion for connecting with prospective clients.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
