Role: Email Marketing Manager

As a B2B Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated email campaigns. You will leverage Salesforce Account Engagement to create retention, nurture, and sales campaigns that drive results and align with our broader marketing strategy. This role requires a hands-on marketer with a deep understanding of segmentation, email automation, and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize B2B email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement
• Design nurture, retention, and sales email programs to move leads through the funnel and increase engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to ensure campaigns align with business objectives
• Conduct A/B testing to improve email performance and analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights
• Manage campaign workflows, including segmentation, personalization, and automation triggers
• Maintain and optimize lead scoring and qualification through engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in B2B email marketing, with a focus on retention, nurture, and sales campaigns
• Proficiency in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar marketing automation tools
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive campaign decisions
• Excellent written communication skills and an understanding of effective email copywriting
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and lead scoring in a B2B context
