Role: Head of UX

We are looking for an experienced Head of UX to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping our design strategy and creating exceptional user experiences that profoundly resonate with our customers.

‍Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the UX vision and strategy, aligning it with Prezent’s mission and product goals
• Establish best practices and design standards across the platform to ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility
• Oversee end-to-end user experiences, from onboarding to advanced interactions, to reduce friction and increase engagement
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to design AI-driven, user-centric features that elevate productivity
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing UX team, fostering collaboration and professional growth
• Promote a creative, inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and encourages innovation
• Develop UX metrics to measure and enhance user satisfaction and engagement
• Utilize user data, analytics, and research to validate assumptions and inform design choices through iterative testing

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of leading UX teams in tech or SaaS environments; start-up experience is a plus
• Expertise in UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping tools (InVision, Axure)
• Significant experience in designing for AI-driven or complex data-rich products
• In-depth understanding of human-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and best practices for creating intuitive, accessible interfaces
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives, working seamlessly with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in advocating design solutions to senior stakeholders
• Solid grasp of front-end development principles and how design integrates with various coding frameworks
• Extensive knowledge of current design trends, methodologies, and a solid understanding of Material Design principles
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field preferred
