We are seeking a skilled and analytical Data Insights Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

‍Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be leveraged to improve business performance.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, finance, and operations, to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
• Data Interpretation: Translate data findings into actionable recommendations that align with business objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validations.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine data analysis processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What You Bring

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience in integrating data from multiple sources to create cohesive and comprehensive datasets for analysis.
  • Expertise in data preparation, cleansing, and profiling to ensure high-quality, accurate datasets for analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Experience in building interactive, user-friendly dashboards
  • Strong knowledge of Excel for data processing and reporting.
  • Knowledge of cloud data infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the SaaS Organizations is a plus.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and statistical modeling.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
