About the role
Our Sales Enablement Manager will lead the efforts to maximize Sales team productivity across our growing organization. You will collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop a new sales enablement program. One of the first things you’ll do is conduct a needs assessment to identify gaps in sales knowledge, skills, and resources.
You will report to SVP of Marketing.
You will:
- Develop a sales enablement strategy aligned with PebblePost’s objectives and sales priorities
- Partner with sales, marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales enablement initiatives with broader organizational objectives
- Add to our team’s culture by ensuring everyone feels their impact as a stakeholder in the success of the organization
- Make learning, improving the understanding of our solutions, and how we go to market fun by gamifying the experience
- Own the onboarding program for new Sales hires, including curriculum development and certification
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop specialized training modules for product launches, new market expansions, objection handling, negotiation skills, and sales process improvements
- Maintain Highspot to ensure it is easily accessible and provides the capabilities our sellers need
- Develop goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess how sales enablement efforts influence sales efficiency, revenue expansion, and brand satisfaction
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track progress against OKRs and provide insights to leadership
You have:
- 8+ years’ experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support within the Marketing or Advertising industry
- Created sales playbooks, certification programs, and training materials that focus on selling to B2B brands
- Led and presented training for sales teams while articulating complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Maintained sales enablement software, specifically Highspot, driving sales adoption of the tool and capabilities within Highspot
- Owned and been accountable for the onboarding program of new sales hires
- Directly impacted business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, and length of sales cycle
- Established standards and criteria to measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives on sales productivity, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction
- Active participation in sales enablement groups or communities

The salary range is a reasonable estimate based on aggregate data for all US locations. Any offered salary is determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to; candidate location, cost of labor, market data/ranges, internal equity, internal salary ranges, applicant’s skills, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology, for example).
Salary range: Low: $125,000 - High: $165,000
