How you will help

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for account management support, pre-sales support, implementation support and service support for standard and complex use cases agencies require. You will successfully expand our presence in existing accounts by continuously creating value to meet our clients’ needs. With your healthcare data and analytics background, you will assist in delivering data and technology solutions to answer key executive stakeholders’ most pressing business and research questions.

What you will do

  • Customer management - ability to talk to clients and either service existing questions or help to drive net new project growth.
  • Customer education - new data products training
  • Creation of HV order and pricing to help scale quote-to-order process in a more timely manner
  • Schedule A creation and editing to enable faster and more efficient pull through of quotes in a timely manner.

How success will be defined

  • Successfully manage existing relationship with Ipsos, Publicis, Omni
  • Upsell and cross sell existing relationships, growing their annual bookings YOY
  • Successfully managing on time delivery of projects working with internal stakeholders
  • Enabling pre-sales activities to help to differentiate solutions in market

Required skills and experience

  • Knowledge of claims data
  • Knowledge of media measurement syndicate
  • Knowledge of internal requirements and project management of media and audience manager solutions
  • Knowledge of existing customers - Ipsos, Publicis, and Omnicom solutions and projects
  • Knowledge of end to end process from project scope, documentation, pricing, proposal, contract and deployment of solution

Desired skills and experience

  • Account management - ability speak with clients, understand their needs and/or questions on existing solutions and provide valuable insights
  • Quote process; from requirements, to market place order creation, to contract or schedule A forms gaining internal approval, to presentation of these items to clients and gaining signatures
  • Ability to help highlight new product and solution offerings including measurement and audience manager
  • Ability to manage time and tasks to help scale up pre-sales, sales, and post-sales for on-time delivery of quotes, contracts, and projects

Base salary for the role is commensurate with experience and can range between $90,000 - 150,000 + incentive compensation plan.

Hiring Locations

Our main office is located in Center City, Philadelphia, where we operate on a hybrid model with in-office work required three days a week for local employees. We believe collaboration is most effective when teams come together, which is why we prioritize hiring in the Philadelphia area.

For certain roles, we also hire from hub locations—regions where we have an established presence with multiple team members working remotely. While these employees primarily work from home, we bring them together in person at lease once a year for team-building, collaboration, and strategic planning.

Due to tax and labor regulations, we can only hire from specific states. Remote work is supported in the following key hub locations and approved states:
