Today, we are looking for an SDR (Sales Development Representative) to join our team at Betterfly. This person will be responsible for proactively identifying new business opportunities for Betterfly's sales team.

What we expect from you?

  • Generate the highest number of business opportunities that attract new MRR to the company.
  • Identify new channels or types of customers that can increase MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads).
  • Qualify opportunities promptly and appropriately to increase close rates.
  • Understand the needs of people who contact the company through digital channels.
  • Identify and manage referral opportunities from current customers to grow demand from the installed base.
  • Ensure the quality of demand by promoting the creation of MQLs that can sustain using Betterfly's services for over 36 months.
  • Ensure commitment to information security and personal data under Betterfly's responsibility, pointing out situations that may pose risks to the company, with the goal of providing continuous improvement in the processes of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).

What are we looking for in you?

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Outbound Sales, SDR, BDR, or Call Center roles.
  • Desirable experience in industries such as mass consumption, software, services, or tech.
  • Relevant studies in Marketing / Sales.
  • Proficiency in English and/or Spanish.
  • Problem-solving ability, passion for service, and a commercial attitude.
