Willow Wealth is hiring a Client Consultant for our Private Client Group (PCG). The PCG team is focused on supporting high net worth individuals and corporate executives interested in investment opportunities offered on Willow Wealth. You will be responsible for growing and managing relationships with existing key clients and engaging with potential new members.
You’ll play a pivotal role in driving Willow Wealth’s growth by deepening relationships with private clients and turning engagement into measurable investment activity. Through proactive outreach, education, and personalized guidance, you’ll help investors build confidence in the platform and expand their private markets portfolios. This is a revenue-driven role where your ability to connect, influence, and convert interest into action directly contributes to our core growth metrics. You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Support and Onboarding, Investments, Marketing, and Product to deliver a seamless client experience that translates into long-term value for both the investor and Willow Wealth.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive AUM growth by expanding relationships with existing investors and converting new platform sign-ups into active, long-term clients
- Educate investors to enhance their understanding of Willow Wealth’s investment strategy and the details of individual funds and offerings
- Leverage consultative selling techniques to understand clients’ needs and provide tailored investment solutions, guiding them through the decision making process
- Build and nurture high-value relationships by delivering investor-focused education and expectational service
- Proactively Engage your existing client base with regular outreach to maintain strong relationship and identify new opportunities to grow AUM
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of proven sales record within financial services or related fields
- Sales and/or client facing presentation skills
- Meticulous white-glove service experience and demonstrated investor-first orientation
- Ability to prioritize tasks, leads, and outreach based on analysis
- Experience meeting and exceeding metrics driven performance indicators
- Works well under pressure in a dynamic, high growth environment
- Interact and communicate effectively with new prospects, investors, departments and stakeholders
- Ability to navigate cross functionality and collaborate towards great client outcomes
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, ability to interact with and grow a highly successful client base via phone, email and in-person, as needed
- Series 7 license
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with private markets investments
- Prior work history in fintech or a fast growing start-up
- Series 65 or 66 license

Total On-Target Compensation Range: USD 140,000 to 160,000 (Actual salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, location, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) The compensation package also includes equity in addition to the total on-target range.
