Job Title: Client Solutions Specialist, Platform Support Location: Remote (UK Preferred) About Veritonic Veritonic is the leading performance measurement platform for CTV, social, and podcasting, built for brands, agencies, and publishers that need trusted, outcome-first intelligence across modern media. Our Tech Stack: Code: TypeScript, Vue.js, Python, Tornado, Wordpress/PHP, MarkDoc. Data/Databases: MongoDB, Snowflake, SQL. Cloud Services: AWS (EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, EMR, ...). Data Processing: Pandas, PySpark. AI: OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock. Who You Are: A proactive problem solver with strong troubleshooting and communication skills; Customer-focused and comfortable working directly with clients to resolve technical and platform-related issues; Able to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical users; Detail-oriented with experience investigating reporting discrepancies, campaign performance issues, and data quality concerns; Familiar with APIs, tracking technologies, analytics platforms, and SaaS environments; Comfortable working with SQL, dashboards, spreadsheets, and large datasets; Collaborative and eager to work cross-functionally with Client Success, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams; Organized and capable of managing multiple client requests and priorities simultaneously; Experience supporting SaaS platforms, ad tech, martech, media, or analytics products is a strong plus. What You’ll Do: Supporting advertisers, agencies, and publishers across Veritonic’s platform; Troubleshooting platform issues, reporting discrepancies, and campaign-related questions; Assisting clients with onboarding, campaign setup, platform configuration, and measurement support; Monitoring campaigns and identifying anomalies or inconsistencies in reporting and performance data; Investigating data flow issues across APIs, ingestion pipelines, and reporting systems; Partnering with Product and Engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues; Creating and maintaining internal documentation and client-facing support materials; Helping improve operational workflows, QA processes, and support tooling to enhance the client experience.
