The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Global Total Rewards Analyst to join our global People team. In this role, you’ll support and help shape the delivery of Total Rewards programs in the U.S.—with opportunities to contribute to global projects as well.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Benefits and Compensation who’s ready to stretch into new areas, gain global exposure, and partner cross-functionally with teams across the organization. You’ll play a key role in driving the effectiveness, compliance, and continuous improvement of our Total Rewards offerings—while supporting our people-first culture.

Responsibilities

  • Administer U.S. employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, insurance, and retirement plans

  • Support annual benefits enrollment and day-to-day benefits operations, partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with U.S. benefits regulations and internal policies

  • Act as the main point of contact for U.S. benefits vendors, managing service delivery, renewals, and invoice reconciliation

  • Provide support for compensation processes, including benchmarking, salary reviews, and data analysis

  • Maintain accurate compensation and benefits data in Workday and other systems

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to develop salary recommendations and ensure pay alignment

  • Oversee the administration of employee leaves of absence (e.g., FMLA, parental, ADA), ensuring compliance and a smooth employee experience

  • Contribute to global Total Rewards projects, including M&A integrations, policy harmonization, and process improvements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Total Rewards, with a focus on U.S. benefits and compensation

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail—especially when reviewing data or vendor invoices

  • Comfortable working with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality

  • Strong communicator who can build relationships and coordinate across teams and vendors

  • Experience working with Workday or other HRIS platforms

  • Based in the U.S.; remote role with no travel required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to compensation processes like benchmarking, job evaluation, or annual salary reviews

  • Experience working in a global or matrixed environment

  • Fluency in English required; Spanish or another European language is a plus

Don’t meet every single requirement?

That’s okay! Research shows that some people—especially women and underrepresented groups—tend to only apply when they meet every qualification. If you’re excited about this role and think you could be a great fit, we encourage you to apply. We’re committed to building a team that brings a wide range of perspectives and experiences to everything we do.
