The Opportunity

At UserTesting, we help organizations create better experiences by getting fast, relevant feedback from real users. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of that mission—expanding our footprint across the APAC region by engaging with upper mid-market and enterprise-level organizations (1,500+ employees).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative Go-to-Market team and drive meaningful impact through strategic growth and customer relationships. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—both for new business and expansion within existing accounts—bringing a consultative, value-based approach to every interaction.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners including solution consultants, customer success managers, and services teams, reporting into our experienced global GTM leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities and expand existing relationships across a defined territory in APAC

  • Execute a consultative, solution-based sales process aligned with our sales methodology (MEDDPICC)

  • Identify and engage high-potential departments within large organizations to uncover use cases for UserTesting

  • Articulate the business and technical value of the UserTesting platform across multiple stakeholders, including C-level

  • Proactively develop tailored proposals that demonstrate strategic value and ROI

  • Accurately forecast and manage a pipeline of six-figure deals using Salesforce and associated sales tools

  • Collaborate internally and provide feedback to shape future product and solution development

  • Prioritize time and resources effectively to drive maximum impact

Requirements

  • Proven success in an Enterprise SaaS sales role, with experience owning and closing six-figure+ deals

  • Demonstrated ability to sell into complex, matrixed organizations and across multiple verticals

  • Comfortable managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to closing and expanding

  • High levels of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and resilience; a team player with a drive to win

  • Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, and Google Suite

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to build champions and influence senior decision-makers

  • Travel as needed to engage with customers and collaborate in regional UserTesting offices
