The Opportunity
We’re looking for a curious, collaborative, and customer-obsessed Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll help prospects and customers solve real business challenges by aligning UserTesting’s capabilities with their strategic goals. You'll act as a trusted advisor and product expert—supporting sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver value from day one.

Responsibilities
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to uncover customer goals, challenges, and opportunities
Consult with stakeholders across all levels—from C-suite to end users—to demonstrate how UserTesting can drive business impact
Design strategic, insight-driven solutions that align with customer objectives and use cases
Deliver compelling, tailored product demos that clearly communicate value
Lead or support Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), ensuring measurable business outcomes
Contribute to internal enablement and marketing initiatives—creating collateral, sharing insights, and scaling best practices
Share customer feedback, trends, and success stories with Product and Marketing to shape future innovation
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in customer-facing roles with a strong focus on consultative selling or research, or 3+ years with a Master’s degree
3+ years as a Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or similar in a SaaS environment
Deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Strong communication and storytelling skills—both written and verbal
Proficient in tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Demonstrated passion for customer experience (CX), research, and technology
Ability to travel up to 20%
