The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager with Scrum expertise to join our growing technology organization. This is a people-first leadership role where you’ll empower cross-functional teams, champion agile ways of working, and foster a culture of collaboration and psychological safety.
In this role, you’ll help teams thrive—facilitating agile ceremonies, removing roadblocks, mentoring engineers, and partnering with product and design leaders to shape meaningful outcomes. It’s an opportunity to blend delivery excellence with servant leadership to help your teams do their best work.
The Team
You’ll join a vibrant and collaborative engineering organization where teams are made up of talented engineers, designers, and product managers across multiple time zones. We care about the how as much as the what, and we work closely together to build a culture of trust, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

A technical background or previous hands-on engineering experience is a strong plus
Passion for building psychologically safe, high-trust team environments
Excellent facilitation and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Commitment to inclusive hiring, development, and collaboration practices
A data-informed mindset and the ability to balance delivery with team well-being
Confidence navigating ambiguity and organizational change with optimism and clarity
