The Opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and engaging Product Trainer to join us on a 12-month contract. You’ll play a key role in enabling our internal teams to confidently communicate the value of several exciting new product offerings. As part of our enablement strategy, you’ll develop and deliver high-impact, scalable learning experiences—empowering our Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to do their best work.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Product Enablement Lead, Product Management, Sales Enablement, and Marketing to create self-paced learning paths and engaging training content in Highspot. Your work will help drive consistent product knowledge and messaging across the company.

The Team

You’ll be part of the Enablement team, working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to build knowledge-sharing systems that support our go-to-market strategy. The team is distributed, collaborative, and passionate about delivering experiences that equip people to thrive. We champion clarity, simplicity, and learning at scale.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in product training, sales enablement, instructional design, or a related role

• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills

• Strong ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging content

• Hands-on experience creating content in Highspot or similar enablement platforms

• A collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally

• Comfort with B2B SaaS products and go-to-market strategies

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
