The Opportunity
As a Senior People Business Partner, you’ll play a strategic role in shaping an agile, high-performing, and engaging workplace. You’ll work closely with leadership to align People strategies with business goals—supporting areas like organizational design, leadership development, talent planning, and change management.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your ability to influence, coach, and collaborate will be key to driving outcomes. You’ll partner cross-functionally across the People team and with stakeholders in Finance, Legal, and the wider business to deliver initiatives that make a real difference.
The Team
You’ll be part of a highly collaborative global People Team focused on building a world-class employee experience. You’ll partner with senior leaders across the organization and work closely with CoE experts in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Culture. Our team is distributed across the US and EMEA.
What We Are Looking For
Significant experience as a strategic HR/People Partner in progressive organizations
Expertise in organizational design, change management, and leadership development
Experience supporting Product & Engineering teams
Strong skills in talent planning, performance enablement, and employee engagement
A trusted advisor with high emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
Experience managing complex employee relations in compliance with local laws
A collaborative, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
Comfort working in fast-paced, global environments (tech scale-up experience a plus)
Confident influencing at all levels and challenging constructively when needed
Workday experience is a plus
