The Opportunity
As a Solutions Consultant at UserTesting, you’ll be a strategic partner to our prospective and existing customers. You’ll bring together your technical know-how, consultative mindset, and product expertise to craft and recommend tailored solutions that address real business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate across sales, customer success, product, and services teams to demonstrate the value and power of UserTesting in action.
The Team
You’ll be part of a dynamic Solutions Consulting team that partners closely with Enterprise Sales Directors, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers. The team is spread across various regions, united by a shared mission: to unlock value for our customers through strategic, human-centered solutions.
What We’re Looking For
We're seeking someone who is passionate about solving complex problems, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is inspired by driving business impact through customer insights.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
Extensive experience in a customer-facing or consultative role, ideally as a Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or similar
A consultative mindset with the ability to engage stakeholders from C-Suite to practitioner level
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and storytelling abilities to articulate business value
Experience crafting and delivering impactful product demonstrations
A solid understanding of customer experience (CX) research and methodologies
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and enthusiasm for digital experience technologies
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with a results-driven approach
A collaborative nature with experience supporting sales strategies
Passion for contributing to thought leadership, including blogs, webinars, or public speaking
