The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Professional Services Sales Consultant to join our dynamic and customer-focused team. This is a hybrid role that bridges consultative sales, customer strategy, and solution design. You'll play a key part in driving revenue growth through thoughtful positioning of our professional services offerings.

As a key player in our pre-sales efforts, you'll partner closely with account executives, solution consultants, and delivery experts to understand customer needs and propose services that enhance the value of UserTesting. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers alike, using your knowledge of customer experience and user research to create high-impact service solutions.

The Team

You’ll be joining a collaborative group of sales, solution, and delivery professionals focused on helping our customers realize the full value of their investment in UserTesting. The team is globally distributed and thrives on knowledge sharing, co-creation, and a shared passion for customer success.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in a consultative sales, solution consulting, or pre-sales role, ideally within SaaS, CX, or UXR environments

• Strong knowledge of customer experience and user research practices, including human-centered design

• Proven ability to uncover customer needs and translate them into clear, commercially sound service proposals

• Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset—you’re comfortable balancing customer goals and business outcomes

• Clear, confident communicator—able to tailor messaging to a variety of stakeholders

• Collaborative mindset with a natural ability to work cross-functionally across sales, product, and delivery teams

• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimization

• Comfortable presenting to and influencing executive-level decision-makers

• Ability to stay informed about the competitive landscape and industry trends

• Familiarity with platforms and tools such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, UserZoom, etc., is a bonus
