What's the opportunity about?

The Service Delivery Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of Unbabel services, including Desktop Publishing (DTP), Subtitling, File Engineering, and Transcreation. This position will focus on order fulfillment, product configuration, and coordination to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our services.
The position is also unique opportunity to contribute to the success of Unbabel's service delivery operations while ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.


  • Manage the delivery process of Unbabel services, including DTP, Subtitling, File Engineering, and Transcreation;
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product configuration and timely delivery;
  • Report any issues to be troubleshooted, configuration issues or delivery challenges;
  • Maintain organized records of orders, deliveries, and client communications;
  • Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly;
  • Assist with special projects and assignments related to service delivery improvement initiatives;
  • Other duties as assigned by the Service Delivery Director.


  • Near-native level of English with a fully fluid discourse and a superb vocabulary toolkit (absolutely mandatory);
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably Zendesk;
  • Experience with Jira or similar project management tools;
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively;
  • Degree or equivalent professional experience;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes;
  • Commitment to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred;
  • Highly proficient in computer skills, with the ability to adapt to new software systems quickly;
  • Previous experience in a Start-up environment preferred;
  • Ability to work different shifts as needed.
