The ideal candidate will possess advanced backend software engineering skills, advanced proficiency in Python, and extensive experience in end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of complex AI systems. This role is for people looking to develop their AI skills while delivering strong engineering solutions. This role requires a team player with a can-do personality who thrives in a collaborative environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems for AI applications.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI systems, from initial design through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Develop and implement algorithms for complex problems.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems.
• Strong Algorithm Engineering knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and backend technologies to drive innovation.

• 3+ years of professional experience building and scaling production-grade backend systems.
• Deep expertise in backend development using Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django/DRF, FastAPI, etc.).
• Strong systems design skills - distributed systems, microservices, async processing, APIs, data modeling (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), containers, orchestration (Kubernetes), CI/CD, and monitoring/observability.
• Strong interest in developing AI engineering proficiency and complex systems.
• Excellent engineering fundamentals, problem-solving, and communication -able to work collaboratively across disciplines.
