We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our growing Audit team. This role is ideal for someone with deep audit experience who can partner closely with audit firms to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Leveraging your expertise, you’ll work with firm leadership to enable adoption, optimize workflows, and help shape the future of auditing.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer enablement by onboarding audit teams, building product champions, and leading change management to ensure strong adoption and value realization.
  • Leverage deep audit expertise to guide clients in translating audit workflows and objectives into effective, real-world use of the platform.
  • Build and own senior stakeholder relationships (partners, decision-makers, and innovation leaders) to align on outcomes and long-term success.
  • Identify and advance expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales, supporting renewals and growth within existing accounts.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by channeling insights to Product, influencing roadmap priorities and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3+ years of audit or public accounting experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Success or a client-facing SaaS role is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience managing audits and a strong understanding of audit workflows and methodologies; able to translate this expertise into customer enablement, goal-setting, and product adoption.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence, with a track record of building trusted relationships with firm leadership and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work onsite at the NYC office 4 days per week.

Trullion's US salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$150,000 OTE + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
