As a Solutions Associate, your role is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of our solutions for our customers. Your responsibilities will encompass providing exceptional professional services, including managing onboarding projects and delivering ongoing technical expertise. As a product expert, you'll help our customers unlock the potential of our products, focusing on client satisfaction and the seamless adoption of our products. This position is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional with a strong accounting background who wants to move from accounting to software, and is passionate about translating technical features into clear, practical solutions that drive customer success. You will be an integral part of a rapidly growing company at the forefront of the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding projects guiding new customers through the implementation of our products.
  • Provide timely, high quality responses to customer support tickets during US business hours, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and that customers feel supported, confident, and successful with our platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to product functionality, data integration, and system configuration.
  • Deliver product training and assist with the creation of support documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address product enhancements, bugs, and user experience improvements.
  • Gather client feedback and communicate it to the product development team for continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of public accounting experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive, solution-first mindset.
  • Strong communication and client-facing abilities, with the capacity to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work onsite at the NYC office 4 days per week.

Trullion's US salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $135,000 + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
