Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, the Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing complex marketing, sales, and partnership systems. This role is pivotal in Trullion’s go-to-market strategy as an enterprise, account-based organization. The ideal candidate will leverage Salesforce, Hubspot and other tools to ensure seamless integration and continuity across all commercial teams. The candidate will manage both strategic and technical projects, focusing on account-based marketing systems, and optimizing marketing and sales systems to support business growth.

This individual will work cross-functionally with teams in NYC, Tel Aviv, and London to implement, enhance, and maintain systems that support Trullion's commercial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Designed and optimized Salesforce and HubSpot systems to support ABX for enterprise ICPs.
  • Ensure integration and alignment between marketing, sales, and partnership systems.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective prospecting and sales strategies.
  • Manage list uploads, database health, automated outreach, and campaign tracking in Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Track, analyze, and report key sales and marketing metrics; support forecasting and budgeting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of operations experience in a sales and/or marketing-related operations role.
  • Expertise in campaign management and ABM campaign execution.
  • Proven experience in setting up marketing systems and lead workflows (Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, sales cycles, and sales strategies.
  • High-level proficiency with CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo and how to build integrations and data mapping between complex systems as well as building backend workflows to ensure optimal data flows.
  • Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional alignment and build effective processes between commercial teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Ability to work onsite at the NYC office 4 days per week.

Trullion's US salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 - $140,000 + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
