Cybellum is a cybersecurity company specializing in keeping physical devices cyber secure. Companies like Audi, Jaguar, Danaher, Rolls Royce, and Mobileye use our Product Security Platform every day to ensure their products' software is safe from cyber risks.

We're seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Product to lead our product strategy and execution, ensuring Cybellum remains at the forefront of product security innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Product Vision: Define and champion the long-term product vision for Cybellum, aligning it with the company's overall strategic goals.
• Drive Product Strategy and Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that addresses customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Manage Product Portfolio: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring a cohesive and market-leading portfolio.
• Build High-Performing Teams: Recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and executive leadership to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption.
• Collaborate closely with R&D to translate market trends, customer feedback, and strategic goals into detailed product requirements and actionable roadmaps (Feeding the R&D Beast).
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure success, and drive continuous improvement.
• Customer Advocacy: Deeply understand customer needs and pain points, incorporating their feedback into the product roadmap.
• Thought Leadership: Represent Cybellum as a thought leader in the product security space, speaking at industry events and contributing to relevant publications.
• Metrics and Reporting: Define and track key product performance metrics, providing regular updates to the executive team and key stakeholders.

• Proven Leadership: 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years leading product teams in a B2B or enterprise software environment.
• Deep Technical Expertise: Demonstrated technical proficiency, preferably with a background in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to diverse audiences.
• Customer-Centric: Passionate about understanding and solving customer problems.
• Data-Driven: Comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• Startup Experience: Prior experience working in a fast-paced, agile startup environment is highly desirable.

The head of Product will report directly to the CEO and be a key member of the company's management team.
