Customer Onboarding Specialist
Communication Skills - Communicate account setup requirements and expectations with customers.
Continuous Improvement - Record customer implementation needs, requests, and questions; Leverage feedback to improve the onboarding process.
Customer Focused - Develop a deep understanding of customers' business and operational objectives.
Independent - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Coordination - Monitor the inbox and respond with appropriate levels of escalation and urgency to the team.
Degree - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
CRM - Experience with a CRM tool (Salesforce) is highly desired
