As our Product Operations Lead, you’ll bring operational excellence, clarity, and structure to our Product team here at Thrive. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll be a strategic thought partner to our CPO, drive process optimization, translate customer feedback into actionable strategies, and build enterprise-grade release management frameworks. As a key driver of our team’s growth and scalability, this role is essential to ensuring that we deliver high-quality, impactful products that better health and productivity outcomes for our users.

How You'll Contribute:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve product management processes and tools to enhance efficiency, consistency, and output across the organization
  • Create a system to capture, analyze, and translate customer and user feedback into actionable insights and a customer-centric product roadmap
  • Design and manage release management frameworks to ensure seamless product launches and communication for Enterprise customers
  • Serve as a thought partner to our Chief Product Officer, helping to shape and execute product vision and strategy
  • Foster collaboration across product, engineering, design, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
  • Coach and mentor product team on best practices, providing team tools and frameworks to successfully deliver
  • Establish baseline metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor success of product management team and inform strategic decision-making

Must Haves:

  • 7-10 years of experience in product operations, program management, or a related field, preferably in a high-growth technology company
  • Demonstrated experience in building release management frameworks for enterprise-grade software products
  • Strong track record of streamlining processes and implementing tools to drive efficiency and clarity within product teams
  • Proficiency in leveraging data to drive product decisions
  • Deep understanding of customer feedback systems and experience in translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and collaborate across teams and leadership

Compensation for this role depends on level, and will likely fall in the $91,000-175,000 range. We provide a competitive mix of salary, performance bonus, and equity
