SuperDial is seeking an Enterprise Delivery Lead to serve as the primary operational architect for our most significant enterprise partnerships. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level account strategy and technical execution. You will be responsible for the health, stability, and operational scaling of a portfolio of mission-critical accounts, ensuring that SuperDial’s platform delivers maximum value at scale.

This is a high-visibility role requiring a unique blend of rigorous project management, technical fluency, and commercial intelligence. You will report to the Account Management Lead and work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Operations to ensure flawless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Drive the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for a portfolio of complex enterprise accounts, ensuring technical milestones are met and SLAs are consistently exceeded.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the central point of coordination between client stakeholders and internal teams, translating complex client requirements into actionable internal work-streams.

  • Strategic Enablement: Partner with executive leadership to identify and execute expansion opportunities, providing operational insights to build multi-year account roadmaps and drive net revenue retention (NRR).

  • Process Design & Optimization: Identify structural bottlenecks in the enterprise delivery model and design scalable processes, playbooks, and frameworks to support revenue growth.

  • Stakeholder Management: Lead recurring operational reviews with client-side technical and business leads, providing transparent reporting on performance metrics, project timelines, and platform health.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Management Consulting (Tier 1 firms preferred) or Strategy & Operations at a high-growth technology company.

  • Execution Mindset: Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with precision and autonomy.

  • Analytical Rigor: Strong analytical skills, comfortable using data to diagnose operational issues and navigate technical documentation and dashboards.

  • Exceptional Communication: The ability to distill complex technical concepts into
    concise, executive-level briefings. You are as comfortable in a Jira board as you are in a
    boardroom.

  • High Endurance: Thrives in high-cadence, Series B environments, with persistence to see long-term projects through to completion.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000 per year + Equity.

  • Final compensation will be determined based on experience and alignment with role requirements.
