Your Role

Join Summer as our Executive Business Partner! You'll work closely with our CEO and other brilliant minds, tackling the most exciting challenges for the executive team while effortlessly handling a variety of administrative and operational needs.

We're looking for the detail-oriented maestro, the problem-solving virtuoso, and the voracious learner who's hungry to master the art of running companies efficiently. With at least 4 years of EA or operations experience under your belt, this role is your ticket to becoming a future Chief of Staff or Director of Operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently manage and prioritize incoming emails, flagging essential emails for daily review and ensuring timely responses.
  • Compile documents, prepare research, and record minutes for external meetings when necessary. Partner with the CEO to identify action items and ensure follow through.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks including managing an active calendar, making and managing travel arrangements, and maintaining organized files.
  • Compose business correspondence as requested, ensuring accuracy and an appropriate tone.
  • Support logistics for team and executive events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Provide strategic administrative and project management support as needed.
  • Provide periodic support for certain personal tasks for the CEO.

Recommended Experience

  • 4+ years experience supporting C-level executives and/or in operational roles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in email and calendar management tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Desire to be a part of a mission driven team making a difference in the lives of student loan borrowers!

The base salary for this role is likely to fall between $70,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience, and will include equity and a full range of benefits.
