We’re looking for a Content Manager to join our Customer Experience Team at MNTN! Your mission as a Content Manager at MNTN is to help us build a robust library of content to support our customers. You will re-vamp our existing help center and ensure the content is digestible, accurate, easy to find and has unification across the board. You will work closely with cross-teams to incorporate micro-tutorials that can help our customers move through our desired customer journey without the support of a human. Operationalizing how we update content will be the key to success and increasing customer deflection rates will be the ultimate goal.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Support, Enablement, and Product teams to source and maintain up-to-date content libraries including training materials, tutorials, and knowledge-base articles
  • Continuously update and remove stale content from external databases
  • Create and manage content development processes, including intake, review/approval cycles, and workload prioritization
  • Develop a framework for organizing and storing content in a searchable, easy-to-consume system for internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as the final inspector for all the team’s customer-facing content before publication
  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
  • Support customers in their platform experience via curated content to their point in the customer journey
  • Create, develop, and manage a customer forum whereby customers can share ideas and search for similar use cases
  • Define methodologies to track and measure content utilization and effectiveness
  • Analyze content use data to generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Drive content cohesiveness by ensuring consistent branding and editorial standards across all assets
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance our content strategy

What you have:

  • 5-7 years of program management, consulting, or strategy and operations experience
  • Exceptional written communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., training content development, sales, partnerships, consulting, professional services)
  • Strong program management skills with a history of transforming team operations through effective project execution
  • Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities
  • Autonomous and self-driven with a passion for building and refining processes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and motivate change

Nice to have:

  • Experience in content strategy and editorial management for training content and digital software products
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to enhance content performance
  • Experience in editing and enhancing digital content rather than creating it from scratch
