We know that one of the keys to our growth relies on a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to help us accelerate the performance of our AE organization by up-leveling selling skills, developing our sales playbook, taking MNTN to market, and contributing to the fueling of the revenue engine. We are keen on someone who has a passion for the “customer journey” and takes pride enabling revenue teams. As a great fit for the role, you're an engaging storyteller, customer-obsessed, and able to work across the business to get necessary information and drive adoption. Our ideal candidate also brings knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem and an ability to seamlessly adapt that knowledge to support the MNTN business model.

Priorities include the identification of knowledge, skill and resource gaps internally and externally; the development and maintenance of training paths and ongoing role-specific training; cross-functional collaboration to ensure all training efforts (product, skill, knowledge, process) are aligned with organizational strategy; and drive compressed time to real-life application and performance through collaboration with the Revenue Enablement team.

This role reports to our Senior Director, Revenue Training and Enablement and can be based anywhere in North America. The Mountain Enablement team is passionate about providing a cohesive learner journey from Day 1 and ensuring our teams are able to find the right content, at the right time to serve our customers in the best way possible.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll contribute to the development and delivery of MNTN Training at an onboarding and ongoing level, customized across the Revenue organization.
  • Your efforts will support Sales, CS, Product, Product Marketing and Marketing to ensure training and enablement deliverables are aligned with company strategy and business objectives.
  • Align with Product, Operations, Sales, Success, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and other key team members to ensure that teams are working toward a shared strategic company vision.
  • Serve as subject matter expert and collaborator in the analysis and design of instructor-led training programs with support materials, such as instructor and participant manuals.
  • Communicate the value proposition of MNTN to the customer facing teams and participate in the building of materials/tools that support the selling process.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing in the training, launch and adoption of products with clear positioning of our go-to-market strategy, and proven marketing tactics.
  • Equip customer-facing teams with the necessary tools to drive big wins by engaging across teams to build and deliver compelling one sheets, pitch templates and proposal templates.
  • Contribute to strategic key account planning that delivers revenue growth, through initiatives such as client-specific pitch decks, QBRs, sales collateral, account intelligence and social listening, creation of content marketing.
  • Explore and understand the needs of MNTN external partners and customers and strategize ways to improve product adoption across MNTN offerings.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience working with multi-faceted teams and staying connected to remote participants.
  • Solid understanding of the Sales Process and relevant skill sets used to drive revenue.
  • Demonstrable experience in improving performance through training and coaching.
  • Track record in facilitating groups either via ILT or webinars.
  • Effective verbal and written communicator.
  • Self-motivated team player able to prioritize and manage projects and tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent.
  • Fluency in Google Suite tools.
