MNTN is looking for a Head of Sales that will develop and lead our revenue engine end-to-end. This team member will be reporting to our COO. We’re looking for a motivated, accomplished leader who has proven experience in building, managing, and scaling high-performing, global revenue teams. An ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader that can boost growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
- Showcase great leadership and inspire others to want to be great leaders - while fostering a coaching mindset throughout the organization.
- Bring high-velocity strategy and execution- working with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to develop and execute a GTM plan.
- Bring an obsession to lead with key metrics to oversee teams, revenue, processes, and systems.
- Engage with senior leadership to build and execute a strategy to expand into the lower end of the market using tools and automation.
- Engage with senior leadership to to build and execute a strategy to expand into the top end of the market.
- Engage with senior leadership to build and execute a path to international growth.
- Ensure all strategies are cohesive with milestones and accountability.
- Motivate, lead and inspire a high-performing global sales culture that reflects MNTN’s vision and mission.
- Hire and retain top talent with a diverse background ensuring an environment of continuous learning and growth mindsets.
What you’ll need
- 10+ years in revenue leadership and experience in a fast-growth, B2B Software/SaaS environment, leading high-performing data-driven GTM organizations that include enterprise sales and self-signup sales.
- Proven experience in building, managing, and scaling a high-performing, global teams
- Product and data-driven leadership skills that can supercharge growth
- Highly quantitative with excellent analytical thinking skills. Ability to solve ambiguous problems with data.
- Impeccable business judgment with a highly strategic mindset
- Salesforce systems experience, revenue technology stack, and marketing automation experience
