Stakeholder Labs

Stakeholder Labs provides strategy, software, and media services that help public companies engage retail investors, build market awareness, and drive shareholder loyalty. We work with publicly traded companies across industries to modernize how they communicate with investors and the broader capital markets ecosystem — through financial media campaigns, social content, executive media programs, shareholder engagement platforms, and more.

The Role

We’re hiring a social media content producer, who is also strategy-minded, to create polished, premium video and social content for publicly traded companies. This is a production-first role, with social media strategy and management baked in. You’ll own the full content pipeline from pre-production planning through shooting, editing, and posting; supporting client content strategies and KPIs.

The aesthetic benchmark is clean, corporate-brand video content designed for social. Think 10-to-30-second polished video snippets, not TikTok-style quick cuts and flashy transitions. The content should feel premium and professional while being native to LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Instagram.

What You’ll Do

Video Production & Editing (Core of the Role)

  • Shoot polished, bite-sized video content (10–30 second clips) on approximately 2 production days per month at client locations in LA
  • Edit and package raw footage into social-ready assets with a premium, corporate-brand feel
  • Work with a mix of DSLR and phone depending on the content type — exec talking heads and b-roll with proper cameras, boots-on-the-ground footage on mobile
  • Handle pre-production: shot lists, storylines to capture, and coordination with the client team ahead of each shoot
  • Optionally partner with an offshore editor for high volume moments, but own quality control and final cuts. Preference is that you edit directly.

Social Content & Distribution (End-to-End Ownership)

  • Write and publish organic social posts across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Instagram for client brand accounts
  • Maintain and execute a content calendar tied to press releases, earnings, product updates, and shareholder communications
  • Repurpose long-form content (earnings calls, press releases, shareholder letters) into social-native formats
  • Physically manage posting and distribution using client social account logins
  • Monitor what’s performing and adjust the content mix accordingly

Additional Responsibilities

  • Ghostwrite social posts and thought leadership for client executives and founders
  • Draft and manage email newsletter campaigns
  • Adapt voice, tone, and content style across different brands and investor audiences

Who You Are

  • A maker first — you have a reel, a portfolio, or a personal feed that shows you produce quality video and social content consistently
  • Comfortable behind the camera and in the edit bay — you can show up to a shoot with a plan, capture what’s needed on a DSLR or phone, and turn it around into polished cuts
  • You understand the difference between TikTok-native content and premium corporate brand content, and you can produce the latter
  • Strong writer who can shift voice across brands; from investor-facing shareholder comms to founder thought leadership
  • Can read an earnings release or press announcement and pull a compelling narrative from it, you don’t need a finance degree, but numbers shouldn’t intimidate you
  • Self-managing — you can own a content calendar, juggle multiple accounts, hit deadlines, and flag issues before they become problems

Nice to Have

  • Experience producing content in the aviation, aerospace, or mobility space
  • Familiarity with investor relations or financial communications
  • Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Figma) for quick social graphics
  • Experience with email platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Beehiiv)
  • Basic motion graphics or animation skills to elevate video snippets
  • Experience working at an agency or across multiple brands simultaneously
