About Stakeholder Labs

Stakeholder Labs is building the future of financial communications and investor relations. We combine proprietary software, data intelligence, and media expertise to help public companies engage shareholders, reach new retail investor audiences, and drive market awareness. Our clients are IR, Comms, and Executive teams at publicly traded companies redefining the relationship between issuers, investors, and markets.

We are a fast-moving, early-stage company looking for someone who's excited to grow with us.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Strategist / Analyst to support our teams in executing retail investor engagement programs for publicly traded clients. You'll be embedded in account work from day one — conducting research, building reports, drafting content, monitoring communities, and helping turn strategy into deliverables.

This role is built for someone early in their career who is already spending their own time in the retail investor ecosystem — following the conversations, consuming finance creator content, and paying attention to how public companies communicate with shareholders. You don't need ten years of experience. You need curiosity, hustle, and fluency in the world we operate in.

What You'll Do

Research & Intelligence

  • Monitor retail investor sentiment daily across social platforms and communities for assigned client accounts
  • Track client stock performance, peer activity, and relevant capital markets news
  • Analyze shareholder data and build segmentation reports identifying ownership trends, concentration, and targeting opportunities
  • Produce competitive benchmarking summaries — how peers engage retail investors and where clients can differentiate
  • Flag emerging narratives, misinformation, or information gaps in retail communities and escalate to the Senior Strategist

Content & Communications

  • Draft client-facing content including social posts, newsletter copy, earnings recaps, investor update summaries, and shareholder Q&A materials
  • Build and maintain content calendars aligned to earnings cycles and announcement schedules
  • Support creation of retail-facing presentation materials — infographics, social carousels, short-form video scripts
  • Assist with investor website audits and shareholder portal recommendations
  • Use generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) daily to accelerate drafting, research, and content production

Reporting & Deliverables

  • Build and update client dashboards tracking engagement metrics, sentiment trends, and campaign performance
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports — social sentiment summaries, newsletter performance, paid media results, and ROI analysis
  • Compile perception and engagement data ahead of client check-ins and QBRs
  • Maintain organized workstreams and deliverable trackers across multiple accounts

Coordination & Support

  • Support Senior Strategists in managing 3–5 client accounts — owning specific deliverables and workstreams within each
  • Coordinate with internal teams on content production, media placements, and platform integrations
  • Assist with partner channel facilitation — content creator outreach, community engagement logistics, and media show prep
  • Contribute to new business pitches with research, competitive analysis, and presentation materials
How You Work
  • Hungry and organized. You can juggle multiple accounts and deliverables without dropping balls. You keep lists, meet deadlines, and follow through.
  • Digitally native. You live on the platforms where retail investors spend their time. You don't need to be told where the conversation is happening — you're already there.
  • AI-forward. You use Claude, ChatGPT, and other generative AI tools as a daily part of how you work — for research, drafting, analysis, and production. You're always experimenting with new workflows.
  • Curious about markets. You follow earnings, you have opinions about public companies, and you understand why retail investor engagement matters. This isn't just a job — it's a space you're genuinely interested in.
  • Clear communicator. You write clean, concise copy and can distill a complex earnings report into something a retail investor would actually read.
What You Bring
  • 2–6 years of experience in some combination of: investor relations, financial communications, digital marketing, content strategy, equity research, financial media, or agency-side client work
  • Public markets awareness. You understand the basics of how earnings cycles, shareholder dynamics, and public company communications work. You read 10-Ks for fun — or at least you're not afraid of them.
  • Strong writing skills. You can produce polished, client-ready content across formats — social, email, presentations, reports.
  • Analytical ability. You're comfortable working with data — shareholder lists, engagement metrics, sentiment scores — and turning it into insights, not just tables.
  • Digital and social fluency. You understand how social and community platforms work as investor communication channels, not just social networks.
  • Reliability. You manage your own time, communicate proactively, and deliver work you're proud of.
Bonus Points
  • You actively consume or create finance/investing content — newsletters, podcasts, social posts, videos — and understand audience engagement firsthand
  • Experience with financial data and analytics platforms
  • Background in fintech, gaming, consumer tech, or platform businesses
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, or analytics dashboards
  • Working knowledge of design and production tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe, CapCut) for lightweight content creation
  • You've worked at a startup or early-stage company and thrive in unstructured environments
Why Stakeholder Labs
  • Learn fast by doing. You won't be fetching coffee or sitting in on calls. You'll be producing real work for real clients from week one.
  • Work alongside senior operators — our leadership team and Senior Strategists work directly with public company leadership, and you'll be in those conversations
  • Shape a new category at the intersection of finance, media, and technology
  • Earned media access through new media publisher partnerships that no traditional IR or comms agency can offer
  • Ambitious, supportive culture that values autonomy, speed, and continuous learning
  • Competitive compensation, meaningful equity, and flexible remote-first work
