To strengthen our international team, we are looking for a dedicated full-time Data Operations Specialist in Catalog Management at our Karlsruhe location, starting immediately.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for the quality assurance and analysis of our online retailers’ product data. You will integrate product data feeds, secure and prepare data to ensure the best possible quality. Your focus is particularly on the US market, where you ensure the correct categorisation of products to guarantee an optimal online shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Quality control and analysis of product data from various online shops
- Integration of product data feeds and organisation of data for the highest quality
- Optimisation of product data categories and correcting errors
- Supporting the continuous improvement of processes and tools for categorisation
- Working closely with the sales, product and development teams to achieve common goals
- Enthusiasm for online shopping and a flair for attractive offers
- Structured and meticulous way of working with an eye for detail
- Not afraid of new tools and enjoy working with computers
- Fluent reading comprehension in German and English. French and Italian is an advantage
- Experience in organising data / data feeds and proactive way of working
- This job may suit candidates with previous experience such as data typist, data assistant, junior data analyst, data entry, etc.
