Role Overview:

The Digital, Social Media & Attribution Manager at Sisu Clinic will lead the charge in Google ad buying, multi-channel social media strategy, and advanced GA4 attribution modeling. This dynamic role requires hands-on execution of Google ad buying, creative ideation, team management, and in-depth GA4 attribution to holistically understand and optimize the customer journey. The primary aim is to expand, refine, and enhance media accounts, ensuring cost-effective solutions, increased brand visibility, and a thorough grasp of the customer's path. Additionally, the manager will have experience in managing global marketing campaigns in Europe and America, with a focus on localized marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Plan, develop, and execute paid media tactics and copy on platforms such as Google, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat to elevate brand visibility and drive user acquisition.
  • Manage, review, and handle daily account tasks associated with Google Ads and other platforms for a diverse range of Sisu's.
  • Lead and strategize global marketing campaigns targeting Europe and America, ensuring localized content and strategies are implemented.
  • Create copy for ads, implement, and optimize campaigns.

GA4 Management & Attribution Analysis:

  • Set up and manage GA4 properties, ensuring precise data collection, event tracking, user properties, and custom dimensions.
  • Craft GA4 attribution models, delve into multi-touch data, and offer insights on the efficacy of marketing channels.

Email Marketing & Segmentation (Klaviyo):

  • Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
  • Create and manage segmented email lists to target specific audiences, ensuring personalized and relevant content delivery.
  • Analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to inform future strategies.
  • Test and optimize email content, subject lines, and send times to maximize engagement.

Audits, Strategy & Reporting:

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of potential and existing issues, understanding Sisu’s past ad activities, brand, and website to pinpoint market opportunities.
  • Collaborate weekly with the CMO to uplift Sisu's account performance.
  • Design tailored reports, dashboards, and present performance metrics, findings, and actionable insights to team.

Team Management & Collaboration:

  • Oversee a team of designers, ensuring alignment with Sisu's objectives and campaign success.
  • Work in tandem with the marketing, design, and other internal teams to guarantee integrated strategies and Sisu's satisfaction.

Training & Development:

  • Contribute to and maintain internal interactive learning, training, and development modules, with a focus on GA4 education.

Campaign Management:

  • Prepare advertising schedules and timelines for Sisu's onboarding, campaign initiation, and continuous account optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in Google Ad buying, multi-channel social media strategy, and GA4 attribution.
  • Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Excel, or Google Sheets (vlookup, analysis, modeling).
  • Experience in managing global marketing campaigns in Europe and America, with a specialization in localized marketing strategies.
  • Stellar communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
