This position requires someone who is available to work in our Cork Clinic on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). The ideal candidate will have a passion to deliver exceptional service and to perform the following duties:

• Ensure patients feel welcomed by providing an informative and engaging experience during every visit
• You will be expected to call patients for follow-up appointments and converse with them in a confident and friendly manner.
• Conduct excellent patient consultation and sharing of product knowledge referring to advanced cosmeceutical skincare to achieve and meet each patients needs
• Handle all client queries in a professional manner

The ideal candidate should also have the following qualifications and experience :

• Cibtac and Cidesco Qualification in Beauty
• Image certification Level 1 and 2
• Micro-Needling
• Microdermabrasion

Conducting of Beauty treatments

• Deliver a variety of Beauty treatments including skin consultations, chemical peels, laser rejuvenation, Laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, microneedling and Laser teeth whitening to the highest professional standards
• Perform all treatments with-in the appropriate time frame
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and attention to detail
• Image training is an added advantage

Sales

• Suggest and promote retail products and aftercare procedures and additional services to achieve your personal objectives and the retail targets

Housekeeping

• Keep treatment rooms clean and stocked at all times
• Maintain adequate levels of consumables to deliver high standard of treatments

Stock management

• To conduct regular stock counts.
• To accurately update stock records and capture all stock related transactions.
