Scopely is looking for a Director of Product to join our Monopoly GO! team in our Barcelona (Spain) Hub on a hybrid basis.

As Director of Product, you will own the performance and evolution of Monopoly GO!'s Live Mini Games ecosystem. You'll drive player engagement through live strategy, experimentation, analytics, and operational excellence while leading a team of Product Managers and partnering across Design, Engineering, Production, Analytics, Economy, and Live Operations.

What You'll Do

Own Live Mini Games Performance
  • Own the performance of the Live Mini Games portfolio, driving engagement, retention, and business outcomes.
  • Optimize player experiences through experimentation, analytics, balancing, and live tuning.
  • Define seasonal strategies and performance goals using player insights and data.
Drive Operational Excellence
  • Partner with Production and Live Operations to deliver high-quality live experiences.
  • Improve planning, execution, and operational processes across teams.
  • Build scalable ways of working that increase velocity while maintaining quality.
Shape Product Strategy
  • Define the long-term vision for the Live Mini Games ecosystem.
  • Lead major product initiatives from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Balance innovation with continuous optimization of existing experiences.
Lead & Influence
  • Manage and mentor Product Managers while raising the bar on product craft.
  • Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics, Economy, and Live Operations to drive alignment and execution.
What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in F2P mobile games or consumer products
  • Proven track record of improving the performance of live products or game systems
  • Experience leading LiveOps, experimentation, or performance optimization initiatives
  • Experience managing and developing Product Managers
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, interpreting results, and driving iteration
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
  • Experience working on top-grossing live service mobile games
  • Experience owning LiveOps, seasonal content, or game economies
  • Experience building product organizations or mentoring senior Product Managers
  • Experience as both a Designer and Product Manager
