Scopely is looking for a Performance Product Manager to join one of our top live game teams. This role blends strategic ownership of monetization, gameplay-driven live events, and feature optimization, while also partnering across disciplines to drive player growth and engagement. You will be at the intersection of content, performance, and player experience—crafting and scaling initiatives that directly impact KPIs and long-term game health.

Yahtzee with buddies is one of our casual free-to-play mobile games and is a classic board game with a new look. The team is based in Europe and Israel, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the optimization of monetization strategies and performance metrics to maximize revenue
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance in-game purchases
  • Lead initiatives to analyze and improve player spending behaviors and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with data teams to analyze user engagement and monetization performance metrics
  • Identify and implement innovative monetization features and mechanics to drive revenue growth
  • Optimize live game features to enhance player engagement and revenue
  • Design and implement A/B tests to optimize game features and monetization
  • Transform high-level opportunities into concrete and well thought out feature designs
  • Produce and update game specs that contain the right level of detail while staying concise and easy to understand by the whole team
  • Provide feature feedback frequently and timely
  • Follow the most recent market trends and best practices to create the best possible designs for our roadmap features, and to bring new ideas to the table

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in product management within mobile gaming, with a strong focus on monetization and live operations.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to drive actionable insights for monetization improvement
  • Proven track record of owning and growing business performance in a live game environment.
  • Experience managing event calendars, in-game offers, and performance-oriented content pipelines.
  • Familiarity with growth and re-engagement tactics, including notifications and in-game messaging.
    Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute game economy and monetization strategies aligned with overall product goals
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading game economy and monetization initiatives and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve revenue targets
  • Project Management: able to deploy resources against highest impact initiatives, understand tradeoffs, anticipate & mitigate risks from afar, manage people's expectations & maintain a high quality of deliverables
  • Passion for casual mobile games and deep understanding of player motivations and behaviors.
  • Experience in games with large, active live ops pipelines.
  • Strong instincts around pacing, content fatigue, and player segmentation.
  • Comfort presenting results and strategies to leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
