The Pokémon GO team is seeking a Creative Production Manager, User Acquisition to build our next-generation advertising creative pipeline. In this role, you will lead all aspects of the UA creative process from concept to completion, ensuring our ads meet brand guidelines and quality standards. You will leverage advanced AI tools to streamline operations and deep dive into data analytics in order to produce high-performing creatives. This role collaborates with artists, agencies and other creative professionals to integrate all of the learnings and strategies required for successful performance marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Lead the creative production process, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies, from ideation to final delivery, ensuring all assets are optimized for performance and align with our brand

  • Manage production timelines, setting workback schedules, milestone check-ins, stakeholder reviews and approval cycles with our brand partner
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with artists and agencies, keeping lines of communication open for quick decision-making and feedback loops
  • Review workflow process and leverage AI tools to find ways to improve productivity, eliminate repetitive tasks, reduce errors and increase the quality of work
  • Own the project management process: assigning projects, collecting relevant details, unblocking dependencies, providing feedback, and looping in stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Manage the UA creative budget, tracking vendor output and proactively source, evaluate and onboard new vendors as needed, ensuring they meet quality standards and strategic goals
  • Analyze campaign performance data to isolate creative variables, create reports to share and use these insights to guide future winning creative strategies
  • Partner closely with the Performance Marketing team to ensure creative strategies align with broader user acquisition goals, contributing regularly to weekly meetings
  • Assign gameplay screen recordings to capture artists, troubleshoot and unblock issues by working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Perform quality control on design deliverables, ensuring accuracy for sizing and localization requirements
  • Required 3 in-office days per week

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a creative production or creative development role, ideally in the mobile gaming or digital advertising industries
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Ability to use AI tools to solve workflow bottlenecks and increase output efficiency
  • Strong understanding of user acquisition strategies and how creative assets drive performance in mobile gaming
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion while optimizing workflow processes
  • Experience working with high-profile third-party IP and navigating strict brand standards and approval processes
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and proficiency in project management software (JIRA, Asana, Wrike)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams with ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications, including synchronous interactions with others
  • Plus if you have a strong familiarity and knowledge of the Pokémon and Pokémon GO brands

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
