Scopely is looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our Stumble Guys Marketing Team.

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to support the execution of social media strategies and content across key platforms. This role is focused on day-to-day social media management, content execution, performance tracking, and community interaction, while collaborating closely with internal teams to support live products.

What You’ll Do

• Support the establishment and implementation of the social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Translate marketing and product goals into clear social media plans aligned with the product roadmap and campaign calendar.
• Plan and coordinate social media campaigns and content calendars, ensuring alignment with marketing, product, and live-ops timelines to drive engagement and visibility.
• Define content guidelines, formats, and priorities to ensure consistent execution across platforms.
• Working closely with a dedicated execution partner to oversee and manage social media content that includes daily posting and engagement
• Partner closely with creative and marketing teams to brief, review, and adapt assets for social use.
• Monitor social media performance on a weekly basis and report on key KPIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Creative, Performance, and Customer Support teams to align social initiatives, surface updates and announcements, and share relevant community insights.
• Ensure player feedback and sentiment identified across social platforms is reviewed, synthesized, and escalated to internal teams when relevant.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and performance insights, proactively suggesting new content ideas, formats, and optimizations.
• Familiarity with community platforms such as Discord or Reddit is a plus.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or a related field.
• +3 years of experience managing social media accounts.
• Solid understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media analytics (EG: Looker, Hootsuite, Level Up, Sprout Social, etc.) and reporting.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and optimizing social media content and campaigns.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Gaming experience is a must. Casual gaming experience is a plus.
• Community experience (Discord, Reddit, etc.) is a plus.
