  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing leaders to develop and implement successful omnichannel marketing strategies that integrate social media in significant and impactful ways, while also identifying and implementing efficiencies between functions to improve effectiveness.
  • Required in-office 3 days each week.

  • Strong background in both ATL and BTL marketing techniques, with specific examples of past campaigns where integration led to measurable success.
  • Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to work effectively with creatives, agencies, and internal teams at all levels.
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience working with third party IP, operating within strict brand standards, and navigating brand feedback and approval processes.
  • Passion for mobile gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming audience.
  • Plus if you have a strong familiarity and knowledge of the Pokémon and Pokémon GO brands.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to tackle practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice.
