Live Game Producer, LATAM, Pokémon GO

We’re looking for an ambitious and innovative Producer to work on LATAM initiatives in Pokémon GO. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of experts to drive Pokémon GO’s LATAM strategy, driving community celebrations and live event initiatives.
• Break down multifaceted issues into workable components and guide the LATAM team in planning from ideation through post-launch.

• Partner with QA to ensure events are properly set up and thoroughly tested before going live.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, navigating approval hurdles to successfully land a cohesive end product.
• Engage with the team leadership to keep them apprised of LATAM performance as well as presenting data-driven results and recaps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience producing a live service mobile game.

• 2+ years Experience with production processes and methodologies including Agile, SCRUM and waterfall, as well as when and how to apply them to multi-disciplinary game teams.
• Experience with productivity and collaboration tools/software with an emphasis on spreadsheets, word processor and BI Tools (JIRA, Looker, Google Docs)

• You are able to demonstrate extraordinary organization, communication, detail-oriented, and leadership skills while working on cross-functional teams (design, engineering, production, etc.).
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Asana.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams with ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications.
• You love Pokémon GO.
