Scopely is looking for an Associate Producer - Team Operations to join our high-profile mobile game project in Culver City on a hybrid basis.

We are in the early stages of development on an ambitious, unannounced AAA mobile game, and we’re assembling a team of passionate game makers to craft unforgettable characters and immersive adventures that players will love.
What You Will Do
- Provide day-to-day operational support to project leadership, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up tracking.
- Serve as a point of contact for team logistics (onboarding, tools access, communication channels, and documentation).
- Support event planning such as off-sites, team-building activities, and milestone celebrations.
- Partner with leadership on studio communications, presentation prep, and executive updates.
- Anticipate operational gaps and proactively propose solutions to improve team efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in production, operations, or executive/project assistant roles, ideally in games or entertainment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable interacting across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Confluence, JIRA, Slack).
- A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Genuine passion for games and helping teams succeed.
Bonus Points
- Fluency in Mandarin in addition to English.
- Experience supporting game development teams or creative production pipelines.
- Background in vendor management, contract processing, or budget coordination.
- Prior work in a fast-paced startup or AAA studio environment.
For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is provided below. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
