We’re seeking a passionate and experienced product leader to drive the design and delivery of high-impact gameplay experiences for millions of players around the world. As a lead Product Manager for Live Mini-Games, you will own the roadmap, development, and performance of Monopoly GO!’s ever-growing suite of live mini-games. This is a critical leadership role where you’ll work cross-functionally to ensure the timely execution, optimisation, and player satisfaction of live game content that is central to the franchise’s success.

What You Will Do:

  • Define and drive the live mini-game roadmap, ensuring it delivers against player expectations, franchise vision, and business goals.
  • Ensure timely releases of new mini-games and improvements, maintaining a predictable and high-quality release cadence.
  • Lead execution across teams design, engineering, art, UX, analytics, production to ensure seamless integration and delivery of each mini-game.
  • Identify potential problems early, proactively removing blockers and mitigating risks before they impact production or player experience.
  • Champion end-to-end product ownership from ideation and feature design to launch, iteration, and post-release analysis.
  • Author and maintain clear, concise specs that enable efficient development and cross-team alignment.
  • Guide feature iteration by leveraging feedback, data, and team collaboration to continuously improve the player experience.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, technical artists, and producers to deliver delightful and polished experiences.
  • Ensure every design and release aligns with Monopoly GO!’s brand, player expectations, and strategic priorities.
  • Provide hands-on product guidance, including implementation details, edge case handling, and feature validation support.
  • Stay on top of market trends, player behaviours, and competitive benchmarks to bring bold, innovative ideas to our mini-game offering.
  • Continuously refine internal processes, workflows, and performance tracking to scale the impact of the mini-games team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in product management with experience leading and growing teams of multiple disciplines.Ownership: Deep accountability for feature quality and player outcomes.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead by example, inspire cross-functional teams, and influence without authority.
  • Communication: Exceptional clarity in both written and verbal formats. Able to align diverse teams around a single vision and clear priorities.
  • Design Acumen: A player-first mindset with a deep understanding of mobile game loops, motivations, and behaviors. Comfortable turning abstract opportunities into elegant feature designs.
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to interpret gameplay and business data, test hypotheses, and define success metrics.
  • Executional Excellence: Proven ability to deliver complex features across disciplines on time and at quality.
  • Growth Mentality: Passion for iteration, learning, and improvement—for both yourself and the teams you lead.
