Position Overview
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Analyst to support our Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud Advanced, as well as related integrations across sales and marketing systems. The Business Analyst will play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of CRM workflows, and the ability to articulate the “why” behind business needs to help deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders (sales, marketing, revenue operations) and the technology teams.
• Gather, document, and validate requirements for Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
• Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Support the rollout of new features, enhancements, and integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure adoption and effectiveness.
• Help evaluate requests to ensure alignment with broader enterprise technology strategy.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in Salesforce-focused roles).
• Hands-on familiarity with Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud Advanced preferred, but any Salesforce Cloud experience acceptable.
• Experience with system integrations in a sales/marketing tech stack.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to understand business objectives and translate them into technical needs.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; ability to interact confidently with global stakeholders.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience writing user stories preferred.
• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant preferred.
