Position Overview

Zelis is modernizing the healthcare financial experience for all and we’re growing! We’re looking for a seasoned technology recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team to drive growth with our key organizational partners. We’re looking for someone who has strong talent-sourcing experience, a consultative approach to role discovery, and excellent communication skills. We’re passionate about candidate experience and always welcome new ideas and creative thinking. What you will do:

  • You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technology, leadership and niche roles. We are focused on building the future through AI and automation and you will lead the hiring effort.

  • You will partner with hiring managers and HR to understand the business needs, define the hiring strategy, and hire great candidates.

  • You will use your creativity and expertise to source, attract, and engage with passive and active candidates using tools and AI to be efficient and impactful.

  • You will screen and assess candidates for their skills, competencies and potential, and provide a positive and seamless candidate experience.

  • You will build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and foster long-term relationships with candidates and talent communities.

  • You will track and report on recruitment metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

What you will bring:

  • You have 10+ years of experience as a technology recruiter and experience recruiting for strategic and senior leadership roles, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

  • You have experience recruiting in the healthcare technology or fintech domain. You have a proven track record of uncovering niche talent.

  • You are passionate about AI and understand how it can improve the recruitment process; you will bring ideas and recommendations on how you’ve used AI to simplify your recruitment workflows.

  • You have strong knowledge of the healthcare technology market, trends, and challenges, and a keen interest in staying up to date on the latest developments.

  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, and the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and stakeholders.

  • You have a data-driven and analytical mindset, and the ability to use various tools and platforms to source, track, and measure recruitment performance.

  • You have a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethics, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

  • You stay curious and are always looking for ways to improve the manager and candidate experience particularly through uses of technology and AI.

  • You have a passion for Zelis' mission, vision, and values, and the desire to make a positive impact on the healthcare industry and society.

Location and Workplace Flexibility

We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India. We foster a hybrid and remote friendly culture, and all our employee's work locations are based on the needs of the position and determined by the Leadership team. In-office work and activities, if applicable, vary based on the work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies.

Base Salary Range

$127,000.00 - $169,000.00

At Zelis we are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation packages. The base salary range allows us to make an offer that considers multiple individualized factors, including experience, education, qualifications, as well as job-related and industry-related knowledge and skills, etc. Base pay is just one part of our Total Rewards package, which may also include discretionary bonus plans, commissions, or other incentives depending on the role.
